All lamps are fitted with electronic ignitors to ensure flicker free start up

Viewing windows allows user to check for failure during exposure of main, post exposure & light finishing lamps

Built in cooling fans for each section maintain optimum lamp tempertures & prevent overheating of flexo plate

The light finishing section also houses an extract fan to allow fumes to be ducted away

Safety sensors prevent accidental operator exposure to uv light

Computerised system ensures user friendly setting & operation of all exposure operations from a single controller
